Returns or Exchanges

Please review FemFit Running Shoes LLC’s Refund Policy. Our goal is to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with your order, we are here to help. Please carefully read the following refund policy to understand your rights and our refund procedures.

1. Refund Request Conditions
   You can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your item.
   The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all included accessories.
   The item must not show any scratches, wear, or obvious signs of use.
2. Refund Request Steps
   Contacting Customer Support: First, contact our customer support team by email or phone with your order number and the reason for your refund request.
   Obtaining a Return Authorization: Our customer service team will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) for your refund request. Please be sure to include this number when returning the item.
   To return an item: Return the item and all associated materials (such as the original packaging, receipt, etc.) to the designated address at your expense, unless the item was shipped in error or is defective. 3. Refund Processing
   Once we receive the returned merchandise and confirm it’s eligible for a refund, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
   Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If you paid by credit card, your refund will be processed and issued to the credit card information on your invoice.
3. Non-Refundable Items
   The following items are not eligible for refunds:

Specially licensed items.

Promotional, discounted, and clearance items (e.g., items marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase).

5. Defective or Incorrect Items
   If the item you received is defective or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. We will provide a replacement or refund, including shipping costs.
